Ordered yesterday while up visiting family. 1.5 hours of waiting I called and asked where our order was, we were told it was all ready they were just waiting on the driver. Half an hour later, with 6 non answered phone calls my husband ended up driving to collect our order that wasn’t sat waiting for a driver at all. So 2 hours later we finally received our order, £3 for delivery and ended up collecting, brill.

Disappointed as had to contact to check on order as had waited for over an hour for it. When it did arrive was luke warm. Did get an apology off the delivery guy. Not normally like this.

Very poor. Ordered large cod and chips. No way that the fish was a large portion. Absolute disgrace. Equivalent to other chip shops small fish. Phoned the shop to complain and the girl on the phone just had no interest. No apology or anything. I’ve been a long time customer. Won’t be back.
